L.L.P, he was a senior associate with King & Partridge, a law firm known for its reputation and the legacy left behind by the British in the city of Chennai .
He has written numerous articles for the monthly publication entitled “India-Law & Business” on the subject of law and business. He has also lectured extensively in conferences and seminars conducted by various trade and professional bodies and chambers of commerce.
G.D.Joseph is the co-author of the book entitled “Corporate Acquisitions and Mergers” published recently by Kluwer Law International, a Netherlands based market-leading global information services and publishing company, which provides the global business community with reliable international legal information in several areas of international legal practice.
G.D.Joseph is the co-author of an article entitled “Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures” published recently by Asia Law & Practice (a Euromoney Institutional Investor Company), Hong Kong , which provides news and analysis for the corporate legal community across the Asia-Pacific.
He is also in the process of publishing the book entitled “Doing Business in India ” - with a special focus on Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations and Investments in India .
In 1991 he received a B.L degree from the University of Madras , Tamil Nadu, India and he was admitted to the Bar in 1991.
